Homemade kebab with ayran کباب مایتابه با دوغ
If you are an iranian and living in abroad,if you miss kebab with ayran (Doogh)just hurry up,im here just call me haha (Just a vapid joke) .but believe it,to prepare a homemade kebab you need just: Union,minche meat,Butter,turmeric,salt & black pepper
Also for ayran(Doogh) you could mix it with yogurt,soda,mint,salt.
By the way NEVER forget shirazi salad!:D

First talk اولین سخن
Hello
My name is Amirali, An Iranian ,Ive been living in Istanbul since last april and Ive started my work in a small bar in the center of the city because I need to get more experience,however im not professional in cooking yet , Ive decided to go to the culinary art school to learn more about foods
Since I was a child I had an interest in cooking. I’ve tried too many recipes that haven’t tried by anyone else before and when I represent my dishes to customers or even my friends and family they are impressed all the time and this made me decide to come to the culinary arts academy to carry on this profession academically and professionally.
An art of cooking needs both patient and creativity .You can prepare foods using different methods but numerable ingredients.Im tolerate and creative in this profession and if I even decide to make the simplest dish I would try to make it as delicious as it looks.
In my future plan ,I’m going to be a chef who knows various international recipes and could head kitchens in prestigious restaurants and hotels around the world .
